These cover the website, the game Better Together, and the Better Together app on Discord. By using any of them you agree to these terms. Questions go to dromi@vibrur.is.

The game

You buy and play Better Together through Steam, so the Steam Subscriber Agreement applies to your copy. You get a licence to play it, not ownership of it.

The game is in Early Access. Things will change, break and get rebalanced, and saves or progress may sometimes have to be reset.

You can stream and make videos of the game, and you can monetize them. No need to ask.

Playing with others

Don't cheat, hack, or mess with other people's games. Don't harass, threaten or abuse other players in voice or text chat.

If someone does, we can remove them from the game or the Discord app, for a while or for good.

What you say and send is on you. Other players, not us, are responsible for what they say.

Discord

The Better Together app on Discord can show what you're playing, let friends join your game, and send bug reports to us. When you use it, Discord's own terms and privacy policy apply too.

The app only uses what it needs for those features. Our privacy page says what that is.

Your stuff and ours

The game, its art, music, sound and this website belong to Víbrur Games and the people who made them. Don't copy or resell them.

If you send us feedback, bug reports or ideas, we can use them to improve the game without owing you anything for it.

The fine print

The game, website and Discord app come as they are. We do our best, but we can't promise they'll always work or be free of bugs.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using them. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

These terms follow Icelandic law.

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes too.
